Three persons XX agreed to repay a joint and several debt to the association by instalments.

The court approved their settlement and terminated proceedings without deciding the original dispute on its merits. Liability is joint and several: the unpaid balance may be claimed from any debtor, without recovering the same sum twice. Debt and late-payment interest are payable by monthly instalments; the obligation includes 100 euros, representing half of the expedited payment-order costs, and 50 euros in collection costs. A delay in more than two instalments allows enforcement of the balance through a bailiff. Other costs remain with the participants; 100 euros in state fees are to be refunded to the association. The participants excluded an appeal. Subsequent performance is not established.
